The e-gleek traps have an internal camera which is exposed to the severe outdoor conditions (weather, rain, wind, dust, temperature variation, and agricultural habits). The material has been long exposed and proved robust.

However, blurred images can occur which are not exploited by the identification/counting software. This may happen when:

- The protection glass of the image sensor gets dirty (you can clean it up but be careful not to scratch its surface)

- The optic arm (metallic tube) is bended

- Humidity has penetrated the optic "green bubble"

In case of one of this situation has occurred, please contact your local e-gleek support (support@advansee.com) to check how the warranty would apply. In most of the case, only the camera is replaced.
